Our Brew Master, Curt Rachocki, is basically the Dr. Frankenstein of beer- spending hours upon hours in his lab, poring over the best brewing techniques (and dreaming up new ones of his own) to create the beer that is famous for a reason. Curt and his carefully-assembled team of beer wizards work diligently to concoct some of the best beers you’ve ever tasted, sparing no expense on only the finest ingredients and aging the liquid in barrels for up to 24 months at a time.
